Upon arrival into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar), our Airport representatives and your personal transfer guide will be waiting for you at the dedicated Discova Airport Lounge. The lounge is located approximately 100 metres on your left, after Immigration clearance . Your transfer driver will escort you to your transfer vehicle and drive you to your hotel.
The day prior to departure, Discova will contact your hotel and reconfirm pick up for your departure flight.

If only 1 Child is booked into the Classic Deluxe, Classic Grande or Ayodya Palace Rooms, the Rollaway bed is optional and at an additional charge. Please request at time of booking.
If 2 Children are booked into these room types, then 1 Child will share bedding with parents and 1 child will be provided a rollaway bed.

No extra beds permitted in Family or Family Interconnecting Rooms. Interconnecting rooms allow up to 4 childrenm with 2 sharing exisiting bedding.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
