Ishigaki, Japan

Ishigaki Island is the commercial hub of the Yaeyama Islands, in Japan’s southwestern Okinawa Prefecture. It’s known for beaches and sites for snorkeling, diving, and surfing. Within Iriomote-Ishigaki National Park lies the Shiraho Reef’s rare blue coral. In the interior of the park are Mount Omoto and other peaks. On the northern Hirakubo Peninsula is the Fukido River, a mangrove forest habitat.

The Manjang cave more than eight kilometers long it the longest lava tunnel in the world and is listed as another UNESCO Geopark. Celebrity Solstice is the starship of the Solstice Class and was christened in November 2008. Known for her modern luxury, Solstice offers some very unique features including a real-grass deck, glassblowing studio, and a 12 level high atrium as her focal point. The ship can accommodate 2,852 passengers, 1,250 staff with a length spanning 315 metres.
