• Guests are to wait at the hotel lobby, pick up times to be confirmed when you call to reserve your MyFiji Island Experience on arrival in Fiji.
• Guests must be waiting in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to confirmed pick up time or risk missing the transfer.
• Boat departs MyFiji Island at 6:30pm (arrives at Denarau Marina at 8:00pm)
• Coach returns to Denarau Resorts at 8-8:30pm
• Coach returns to Nadi area Resorts at 8.30-9:00pm

Bad Weather Policy:

• Tour will be cancelled with a final call made at 8am daily if the weather is unsafe.
• Tour will be rescheduled to the following day or until the weather improves.

Tours require minimum numbers to operate, whereby tour schedules change, MyFiji reserves the right to offer a similar alternative tour in lieu of original inclusion.

*F$500 Credit:
This amount is to be credited to the guest’s  room account on check-in which can be applied towards all food, beverage and spa treatments at the resort. Not applicable on split stays, credit cannot be shared with or transferred to any other hotel room account.  Credit applicable for use at hotel-owned bars, restaurants and spa. Credit cannot be used at any non-hotel owned F&B outlets, resort gift shops, merchandise stores or towards any watersports/activities or any other third party operators. E.g Tours. If the resort credit value is exceeded, the additional amount will be payable on checkout. Any unused credit upon checkout cannot be redeemed for cash or held in credit.

• Up to two children stay free in existing bedding, in same room as adults.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
