*Children

Children 0 – 11 years old stay free in existing bedding when sharing with one or two adults up to the maximum occupancy of the room. Cots are FOC up to the maximum occupancy of the room.

*Airfares

Airfares are non-refundable at all times. Applicable charges apply to changes. Flights are based on and subject to promotional economy class airfares. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays. 30kg checked luggage allowance applies to Air Vanuatu flights only – any other airline quoted may differ.

You will be welcomed in Port Vila by the local Evergreen Team at the Evergreen kiosk situated at the arrival area at the airport. As you walk out after quarantine check, you will see the Evergreen booth is the second one on the left-hand side. Staff will ensure you are taken care of and transferred safely to your hotel.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
