Arrive in Samoa in ultimate style. On entering the arrivals hall, look for our pull up banner at the top of the escalators and stairs.  Head down to the immigration area where you will see, to the right, a VIPLANE Samoa staff member standing next to another pull up banner. They will ask for your last name for identification purposes and then direct you to through our exclusive immigration priority lane, saving you up to 45 minutes in arrival queues.

Please note that VIP Priority Lane is not available for any bookings for travel prior to 9 December 2025.

*Return Airport Transfers
Airport transfers to and from Saletoga Sands Resort & Spa are in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle taking approximately one hour.

*Child Policy
Up to 2 children under 12 years stay free when sharing with parents up to the
Maximum room occupancy. Cot for infants under 2 years is FOC but subject to max occupancy in the room. Rollaway if required are additional cost.

Complimentary Kids Club – 10am-12pm daily for children aged 4-11 years

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
