PACKAGE TERMS

*Airfares
Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares including checked in luggage per person. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Flights from Adelaide and Perth will be via Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

*Meals & Credit

Lunch & Dinner daily served in Elevuka Restaurant – Includes Buffet (Buffets will operate at the Resort’s discretion; selected times through-out year) or 2 courses off lunch menu (up to F$40 food credit per person in total for lunch) and 2 courses for dinner (up to F$80 food credit per person in total). Lunch & Dinner – excludes crustacean and lobster dishes from the main menu. If a la carte is taken for both meals in a day then it is F$120 food credit per person per day for lunch & dinner. If Buffet is operating for that sitting, then it is included irrespective of credit value. The choice is either a-la-carte or buffet per person per sitting. Special private dining will incur a F$50 per person surcharge which guests pay directly to the resort if they wish to eat at the special dining outlets. Special dining outlets is any dining area outside of the Eluvuka Restaurant (including Teppanyaki; beachside bbq & any other dining outside of Elevuka Restaurant ). Unused meals are not redeemable for cash. Room Service, Beverages and Bar Snacks are not included. Infants (0-3 years) eat free during allocated kids’ meal times. Note: Baby meals not supplied.
Kids Eat free when eating during kids meal times from the kids menu (Bfast 7am-10am; Lunch 12-2pm; Dinner 5.30-6.30pm). Parents who want their children to dine with them outside of children’s meal times can dine off the a-la-carte menu, and will be charged back to the guests room account. Special dining outlets is any dining area outside of the Eluvuka Restaurant (including Teppanyaki; beachside bbq & any other dining outside of Elevuka Restaurant.
Food & Beverage Credit is per Bure per stay. Redeemable at Eluvuka Resort & at Takia Bar or Pool Bar. It can not be redeemed at the Gift Shop, Credit is Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash. Unused portion is forfeited on check out. NOTE: Venues where resort credit can be used will be advised on check in.
Additional Surcharges apply per person for Lunch & Dinner Buffet Meals during Festive Periods including Easter Long Weekend (Friday – Monday); Christmas Eve; Christmas Day; New Years Eve & New Years Day (Note, if Al-a-carte dining option is chosen, then above terms apply with no further surcharge).

*Transfers

Launch transfers are operated by either Sea Fiji; South Sea Cruises or Treasure’s own Transfers depending on flight arrival time. If your flight arrives outside of these times guests will either have to upgrade to a water taxi or overnight in Denarau. This is not included in the package price. Sea Fiji:
- Sea Fiji Link departs DAILY from Port Denarau Marina @ 17:30 pm connecting all daily flight arrivals up to 16:00hrs.
- Sea Fiji Morning Link departs DAILY from Seafiji Island Base @ 05:00am for Port Denarau Marina.
- Direction will be determined by passenger numbers on the day. Travelling time on average is approx. 60 minutes.
South Sea Cruises:
- Departs Denarau: 10.00am, Arrives Treasure Island 11:00am
- Departs Denarau: 12.15pm, Arrives Treasure Island 1.00pm
- Departs Denarau: 3.15pm, Arrives Treasure Island 5.10pm
- Departs Treasure Island: 11:00am, Arrives Denarau 11:45pm
- Departs Treasure Island: 1:00pm, Arrives Denarau 3:00pm
- Departs Treasure Island: 5.10pm, Arrives Denarau 6:00pm
Treasure Island Launch Transfers
- Boat transfers are on scheduled runs only each day. Boat Transfers operate out of First Landing Jetty at Vuda.
- First Landing Jetty Vuda – Treasure Island: 11:00, 15:00
- Treasure Island – First Landing Jetty Vuda 12:00, 16:00

All transfers are subject to weather conditions at time of arrival. Should adverse conditions prevent operation the client is responsible at their own cost for their own additional accommodation wherever it may be and/or alternative travel arrangements not organised by the Company. Treasure Island Fiji reserves the right to cancel departures, alter prices, apply a fuel surcharge, arrange alternative transport and vary services as necessary. All transfers are subject to sea and weather conditions and operational requirements. Treasure Island Fiji shall be the sole judge of when vessels should or should not operate under this clause. We strongly recommend clients purchase Travel Insurance

Luggage One suitcase and one piece of carried on per person allowed. Prior notification is required at time of booking should a guest be travelling with over size luggage (eg Surf Boards) additional charges will apply. Price on application and is payable direct to the Airport transfer driver on arrival.

*Kids Stay, Play & Eat Free

Kids 11 years and under stay and eat free. Free kids club for kids aged 3-11 years.
- Little Treasures kids club is open for children of all ages from 4-11 Years. Children 0-3 years are welcome to join in kids activities however will need to be supervised by a parent or babysitter; Charges apply for babysitting service.
- Children 11 years and younger stay Free when sharing the same room and existing bedding with their parents.
- If a Rollaway bed is needed it will incur an additional nightly surcharge. Ocean View Bure bedding configuration is a King + 1 Single Bed. A Rollaway bed is needed at a surcharge for a second child.

All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
