Novotel Surfers Paradise is currently undergoing external building upgrades throughout 2026, which may impact access to some facilities during this period. Any noise associated with the works will be limited to standard daytime working hours wherever possible.

Pool Access:
The swimming pool will be closed on weekdays between 8:00am and 4:00pm, reopening daily from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, and is fully open on weekends. During weekday closure hours, guests are welcome to use the swimming pool at Mantra Legends, located approximately 300m from the hotel.

Alternative Pool: During these hours, guests are welcome to enjoy the pool at Mantra Legends, just a short 300m walk from the hotel.
Our Pool: The pool will reopen daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and is fully open on weekends.

Noise Considerations:
We’re keeping noise to a minimum, and limiting it to during work hours.

Special Considerations:
During school holidays (05 – 19 April 2026; 14 – 29 September 2026) and special events, there will be no façade work, and the pool will be open without restrictions.
While the schedule provided is current, dates may change due to weather or other factors. We will promptly notify you of any adjustments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Aus Pass entitles the holder to admission to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet’n’Wild and Paradise Country during normal advertised operating days and hours for seven (7) consecutive days, commencing from the date of first entry to any Park.bThe Aus Pass includes access to standard rides, shows and attractions available at the Parks during the validity period. Food, beverages, merchandise, premium experiences and upcharge attractions are not included and must be purchased separately unless expressly stated.The Aus Pass must be first used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Failure to commence use within this period will render the pass void. Once activated, the seven (7) consecutive day validity period cannot be paused, extended or transferred. Children under three (3) years of age receive free admission and do not require a ticket.

All inclusions, discounts and value-add offers associated with the Aus Pass:

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
