Our full day Kuranda tour combines the best of the Tropic Wings experience with a tour through one of the world’s oldest rainforests, at Rainforestation Nature Park. All-aboard a WWII Army Duck that will host you on land and water, deep into the rainforest, Then revisit the past with a journey through Indigenous Aboriginal culture, curated by the Pamagirri Experience. It is the perfect way to discover Cairns and lets you experience some of Australia’s native wildlife, rainforests, and local culture.
-Visit Rainforestation Nature Park for the Koala & Wildlife Park, Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience and Rainforest Army Duck Tour.
-Join the Pamagirri Dreamtime Walk; learn how to throw a boomerang and watch spear throwing and didgeridoo playing presentations.

This spectacular island is easily accessible from Cairns and features an array of beautiful natural features, such as an immense range of marine life and coral species as well as rainforest, heathland and open forest. Fitzroy Island is only a short 45 minute ferry transfer from Cairns, each way.
